I’m Amber Sullivan, a functional health practitioner who helps women finally get relief from chronic bloating, digestive discomfort, and food reactivity — without extreme diets, aggressive protocols, or guesswork.
My work focuses on helping the body feel safe enough to digest again.
I specialize in complex, sensitive cases — the ones where bloating persists no matter how “healthy” you eat, where reactions feel unpredictable, and where nothing seems to fully work.
I didn’t enter this field because I was passionate about labs or protocols. I entered it because I was searching for answers for my own health.
For years, I struggled with digestive symptoms, bloating, and feeling like my body was constantly reacting to food, stress, and daily life. I was doing the “right” things (eating well, trying supplements, following advice) yet my symptoms kept cycling.
What frustrated me most wasn’t just how I felt, but how little clarity there was. I was often told that everything looked normal, that I was “sensitive,” or that I just needed to try something else.
I knew there had to be a better explanation.
As I began studying functional health, I realized that many of the approaches I encountered were doing too much, too fast by layering protocols without first creating stability. I experienced firsthand how easy it is to overwhelm an already stressed system, even with good intentions.
My own healing began when I stopped trying to fix everything at once and started supporting my body in the right order.
I focused on calming my nervous system, stabilizing digestion, and rebuilding foundational support before going deeper. That shift changed not only how I felt, but how I understood the body’s capacity to heal.
Today, that lived experience shapes everything I do.
I work with women who feel stuck, reactive, and unsure where to start because I’ve been there. My approach is built on clarity, pacing, and respect for the body, not urgency or extremes.
Healing doesn’t happen by forcing the body to comply.
It happens when the body feels safe enough to respond.
I don’t believe in rushing the body or forcing healing.
I work in a structured, step-by-step way that prioritizes:
calming the nervous system
restoring digestion first
supporting the body before asking it to do more
Instead of guessing or stacking protocols, I help you understand why your body is reacting and what it needs in the right order.
Some people find full relief with foundational support alone. Others need deeper investigation. Either way, the approach is intentional and paced to your body — not a one-size-fits-all plan.
Many people with bloating are told:
“It’s just IBS”
“Everything looks normal”
“You’re sensitive”
“You need to cut more foods”
I don’t accept those answers.
I look at how your digestion, nervous system, blood sugar, stress response, hormones, and gut environment are working together — because they don’t operate in isolation.
Healing isn’t about doing more.
It’s about doing the right things, at the right time.
I work best with women who:
feel bloated most days
have tried multiple diets or supplements without lasting relief
feel reactive or inflamed after meals
want answers without being overwhelmed
are ready for a thoughtful, guided process
If you’ve felt dismissed, confused, or unsure where to start — you’re not alone, and you’re not broken.
Outside of my work, I value simplicity and balance. I love paint nights, bowling, spending time at the beach, camping, and being with my family. Those moments are a reminder of why this work matters — healing should give you more life, not consume it.
I believe in leading by example and creating space for rest, connection, and enjoyment because those things matter just as much as food or supplements when it comes to healing.
If bloating has been controlling your life and nothing seems to work, there is a clear place to start.
I’d love to help you understand what your body needs and guide you through the process — step by step.
