Extreme sensitivities where you do not tolerate food or supplements. If you tolerate fewer than 5 foods or cannot tolerate supplements at all, you may need nervous system and food expansion work before beginning functional protocols. I also recommend starting with my book to see if you can expand your food and supplement options through the lifestyle recommendations there first. We can only do so much if you are not tolerating foods and supplements. You can join the Total Transformation: 30 Way in 30 Days Challenge here where you will get simple daily lifestyle shifts, my book and workbook to get your started. The Total Transformation Program is designed for women who are truly ready to heal: mind, body, and lifestyle. I work best with clients who understand that real healing is a partnership and a process, not a quick fix.
You know your body is not “broken.” You believe in its ability to repair, rebalance, and restore when given the right support. You’re open-minded, coachable, and willing to try new ways of caring for your body.
I don’t “fix” people. I teach you how to support your body so it can fix itself. You’re willing to take ownership, follow the plan, and implement the steps needed to see real change.
If you’ve had symptoms for years, they won’t disappear overnight.
A realistic healing timeline is 1–2 months of healing for every year you’ve had symptoms, with most clients completing their Total Transformation within 4-7 months and more sensitive clients finishing with 12 months.
If you want to end the cycle of guessing and finally understand why you feel the way you do, you’re in the right place.
You understand that investing in your health now will save you far more later financially, emotionally, and physically.
Most clients end up saving 5–10x long-term by avoiding:
endless co-pays and deductibles year over year
unnecessary medications
ER visits
specialist appointments
pricey supplements that don’t address the real issue
working with providers who only address 1–2 pieces instead of the whole picture
higher insurance premiums due to worsening health
You want to invest in a program that looks at your whole body, not just your symptoms.
Healing happens when you:
show up for yourself
consistently apply the recommendations
stay curious, not fearful
celebrate progress, no matter how small
understand that healing has ups and downs, and stay the course
If this sounds like you, we will work beautifully together.
A quick note...
If you’re new to functional medicine, you might not fully believe yet that your body can heal and that’s okay. You can borrow my belief until you build your own.
All I need is your commitment, your willingness to trust the process, and your consistency in showing up for yourself. The belief will grow as your symptoms begin to shift, your energy returns, and your body starts responding.
Functional health care focuses on supporting the optimal function of your cells, tissues, organs, and pathways so your body can work the way it was designed to. My role is to help identify patterns of imbalance, support the body’s natural healing processes, and create a plan that improves digestion, energy, hormones, detoxification, immune function, nervous system balance and overall resilience.
I do not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. A medical diagnosis is simply a label that describes a collection of symptoms or imbalances. It does not tell you why those imbalances are happening or what to do to correct them. Functional health looks deeper to uncover the root contributors so you can address them through nutrition, lifestyle, stress reduction, nervous system balance, and targeted support.
